Number of end-users / web use
Delivery address
Invoice address
Contact name
Telephone & Fax number
VAT/Sales Tax Reference (for EU countries other than UK)
Payment details (see below)

Payment

Payment can be made by VISA or MasterCard credit card - please specify card number, expiry date, name on card and billing address (if different from delivery address). The signature of the cardholder must also be on the order. Currently, only GB pounds sterling (GBP) payment can be made by credit card.

Payment by cheque/check can be made for funds drawn against a GB pound sterling (GBP) or US dollar (USD) account. Please make payments to "Europa Technologies Ltd." and post order with payment to:

Alternatively, payment can be made by bank fund transfer. Unless by prior arrangement, dispatch of goods will only be made once funds are received and cleared.
